I don’t have many B&M baby stores in my local area so I was thrilled to have a human to talk to about carseats, strollers & highchairs! The staff was extremely knowledgable (and patient to answer all my questions). They have a great variety of luxury brands that you can purchase in-store such as Nuna, UPPAbaby, Jellycat, Gunamuna, Magnetic Me. Great selection, great customer service! I will certainly be making my next big purchase here.

The owners were there and helped us tremendously. They were very polite and helpful. Prices were spot on for the quality. I didn't buy furniture but if I was in the market for it, I would buy from them. Very good quality furniture. They have custom made bedding and nursery chairs as well. We went to look at strollers and they had the top brand strollers that you could actually try. (Uppababy, Nuna, etc.) They demonstrated several (almost all) of them for us. As grandparents we left with lots of extremely soft outfits, blankets and crib sheets, most all were organic. Def a must to try.

I saw a chair I loved on their website. Living in NY, I figured no way they’d be able to ship this to me. I spoke with the owner, Karen and one of their sales associates, Vincent. Couldn’t recommend this place more! My husband and I are from out of town but have a place down in Myrtle so we decided to check this place out when we found out we were expecting our little one! Vinny was amazing in assisting us and was able to get us great deals on all of our baby items from nursery to our stroller. So great to be able to test and feel items in store! EXCELLENT customer service. I was in town on vacation and needed to buy a stroller. I came in, and the staff was extremely helpful, helping pick what was best for my needs. Not just pushy to buy the most expensive. They gave me a deal on buying a car seat too. When FedEx accidentally sent the items separately, they apologized and even delivered the missing item to my house personally. Instead of me making another trip. They even assembled the stroller for me and got rid of the box because they knew i was traveling. I would shop here again for any of my baby needs! Wide selection of everything you could possibly need, and even items you didn't know you needed! Thank you to the staff!

Our family can’t say enough about KP. We are 3.5 hours away and will make this trip any day of the week. This store has done our baby girls entire nursery and most of her wardrobe, essentials etc. baby/toddler items are up to date. And Karen can help with any questions. We got our nursery furniture and glider from this wonderful store. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have been very patient with us. Even offering a loaner stroller if ours doesn’t arrive in time for babies arrival (since we will be ordering it so close to the due date). Beautiful selection of unique gifts, accessories and toys for children. The customer service was first class. I was in a crunch, ordered online when they were closed and messaged requesting gift wrap and early pickup. I didn't expect a response, I was lucky as they quickly set me at ease. Everything was ready the next morning, bright and early,right when the store opened. The gifts were all wrapped so gorgeous with heavy paper, fun colors and all with big bows of ribbon. My entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. Very rare nowadays.

We went in for me and my husband to just test drive some strollers and look at infant seats, etc. I wanted us both to be able to see and feel what we were going to buy. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The couple who owns the store are so sweet and knowledgeable. They walked us through everything showed us how all the strollers and infant seats worked. What were the pros and cons of them how to install car seat bases, how to exchange each piece for the strollers and showed us all of the material choices and colors to pick from! As new parents, it was so nice to be able to go and have an expert show you all the pieces to everything and how do use everything correctly and safely! I can’t say enough good things about the kangaroo pouch. If you’re in the market for any baby furniture, strollers, car seats or recliners they are definitely the place to go! #shoplocal

Drove down to Myrtle Beach specifically to
check them because we had so many questions about car seats and strollers! They have so many options to show you and they took almost 2 hours with us showing us how everything worked and all the different options! They have such cute stuff in there as well and so many options for furniture from cribs to dressers to rocker/gliders. They are very informative on everything and I will be recommending them to everyone! We are so excited for our new car seat and stroller! Thanks guys!

Kangaroo pouch is the best place to order items for your newborns whether you are local or not. Vinny and team are simply exceptional, knowledgeable and always take care of their customers. The Kangaroo Pouch is the best place for all of your baby needs! The staff are experts in car seats and knowledgeable in all aspects of baby. Vinny, Karen and Scott are always there to help! The furniture they sell is top of the line. They offer a baby registry to make it easy for your friends and family to shop LOCAL. Their baby clothes are so soft and made so well.
